Trish Heidenreich has over 30 years in the marketing and economic development industry and sits on the board of directors of the International Economic Development Council in Washington, D.C. Prior to her role as founder and CEO of Economic Development Initiatives Group (EDI Group), Trish spent the past 16 years as the Director of Economic Development for the Town of Bel Air, Maryland. She has led countless market economic studies and marketing campaigns and attracted numerous businesses to historic downtown Bel Air. Trish is an MBA graduate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and previously specialized in television and film production. Trish brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the arts and entertainment district development.

As a graduate from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Public Policy Management, Carol Deibel has over 30 years in planning and community development, with experience in planning, economic development, park planning, historic preservation and transportation planning efforts. These included development of a wide range of publications, initiation of a Main Street Program, a Historic Preservation program, including editing of a book on Bel Air's Architectural History, development of several Master Plans, Zoning Codes and Strategic Plans, as well as management/staffing of several commissions. Carol now provides planning and economic development services on a contractual basis. Services include grant writing, report preparation, project planning review and analysis, event development, historic preservation assistance.
